摘要
科技创新是高等职业学校高质量发展的引擎。高等职业学校与市场(或政府)、企业及其他高校协同科技创新,充分释放科技创新活力,驱动经济社会高质量发展,应明晰其在科技创新中的功能定位及活力表现,并从科技创新活力的源泉入手,系统化构建科技创新政策,完善有机模式的组织创新生态系统,提升“双师”素质教师的知识整合能力,多措并举推动组织及其成员在企业,特别是中小微企业的技术升级和产品研发活动中充分释放管理创新、知识创新和技术创新的活力。高等职业学校科技创新可以促进科教、产教深度融合,从而增强校企双方科技创新的活力和实力。
Science and technology innovation is the engine of high quality development of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges collaborate with the market(or government),enterprises and other colleges in science and technology innovation to fully release the vitality of science and technology innovation and drive high-quality economic and social development.Firstly,clarify its functional position and vitality performance in science and technology innovation,and then mobilize the organization and its members to participate in open innovation of enterprises from the source of science and technology innovation vitality.The systematic construction of science and technology innovation policy,the organic model of organizational innovation ecosystem,and the knowledge integration ability of“double-qualification”teachers are the“trinity”that support the organization and its members to fully release the vitality of management innovation,knowledge innovation and technology innovation,promote integration of technology and education,industry and education,and enhance the vitality and strength of science and technology innovation in both colleges and enterprises.
