京津冀及周边地区不同路面条件下的交通事故特征分析 被引量:2

Characteristic analysis of traffic accidents under different road conditions in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas

摘要 利用2011-2015年京津冀及周边地区9条国道的交通事故资料,对潮湿、冰雪、积水、漫水、泥泞5种不同路面条件下的交通事故的时空分布特征和事故原因进行了研究.结果表明,对每100 km事故起数、平均每起事故伤亡人数和平均每起事故直接经济损失进行分析,发现潮湿、冰雪和积水路面是影响道路行车安全最多的3种路面状况.从交通事故后果综合指数来看,9条国道中G108线事故损失最严重,各种路面条件下冰雪路面事故损失最严重;事故多发路段中的前3位分别为G209线、G307线吕梁段以及G309线潍坊段.5种路面条件下交通事故起数、受伤人数、死亡人数于2011年起递减,在2014年达到最低值后突增;潮湿、积水和漫水路面7-9月为事故高发时期,冰雪路面12月为事故发生高峰,泥泞路面11月为事故发生高峰;绝大多数事故发生在07:00-19:00. Based on the traffic accident data on 9 national highways in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and surrounding areas from 2011 to 2015,the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and causes of traffic accidents under different road conditions,including wet,icy and snowy,watery,flooded ones and muddy surface,were studied.The results showed that,through an analysis of the number of accidents every hundred kilometers,the average number of casualties per accident and the average direct economic loss per accident,it was found that wet,icy and snowy conditions,and watery surface were the three types of road conditions that affected road safety most.From a comprehensive index of traffic accident consequences,the accident loss on the 108 national highway was the most serious of all the 9 national highways,and the accident loss caused by icy and snowy surface was the most serious under various road conditions.The top three accident-prone road sections were the Lüliang section of the 209 national high-way and the 307 national highway and the Weifang section of the 309 national highway.The number of traffic accidents,the injured and the deaths under the 5 road conditions had decreased since 2011,and suddenly increased after reaching the lowest value in 2014;the period of high incidence of accidents was from July to September on wet,water and flooded surface,the peak of accidents occurred in December on icy or snowy surface,and the peak of accidents occurred in November on muddy surface;and most accidents occurred between 7:00 and 19:00.
