摘要
任何政治制度都是在发展创新中逐步走向成熟和定型的,判断其成熟和定型有着基本的原则、评价标准和现实表现。新时代人民政协的新方位新使命是推动人民政协这一具有中国特色的制度安排更加成熟、更加定型、更能发挥好专门协商机构的作用。推动人民政协制度更加成熟更加定型,需要从指导思想、党的领导与党的建设、制度创新、自身建设以及法治化等路径着力。
Any political system is gradually becoming mature and stable in development and innovation.There are basic principles,evaluation standards and realistic performance to judge its maturity and stability.The new orientation and new mission of Chinese People′s Political Consultative Conference in the new era is to make the system with Chinese characteristics,more mature,more stable and better to play the role of professional consultation.To promote a more mature and stable CPPCC system,we need to focus on the guiding ideology,party leadership and party building,institutional innovation,self-construction,and the rule of law.
