摘要
新时代提高党的建设质量具有丰富的内涵意蕴和重大的时代意义。党的十九大报告把"不断提高党的建设质量"纳入到新时代党的建设总要求之中,标志着我们党走上了高质量建设道路,迫切需要研究制定一套质量强党的战略规划和标准体系,将我们党建设成为高质量政党。在新时代党的建设工作实践中,必须始终坚持以党的政治建设为统领,坚持质量意识是基础、质量能力是关键、质量机制是保障,不断提高党的建设质量,以党建质量的不断提高来深化全面从严治党实践,开辟马克思主义执政党建设新境界,把中国共产党建设成为世界上最强大的政党。
It is of rich connotation and great significance to improve the quality of Party building in the new era.The report of the 19th CPC National Congress incorporates the principle of"continuing to improve the quality of Party building"into the general requirements for Party building in the new era,which marks that the Party has embarked on the path to high-quality Party building.Therefore,it is urgent to formulate a set of strategic plans and standard systems to strengthen the Party,thus building it into a high-quality Party.In the practice of Party building in the new era,the Party’s political building should be taken as the top priority,the sense of quality as the foundation,the capacity to improve quality as the key,and the quality improvement mechanism as the guarantee to continuously improve the quality of Party building.All these can contribute to deepening the practice of full and strict governance over the Party,opening up a new realm for the building of the Marxist ruling party,and building the CPC into the most powerful political party in the world.
