摘要
为解决CRD法运用于大断面隧道时存在临时支撑工程量大的问题,通过优化传统管棚注浆法和传统三台阶开挖法,提出双层大倾角管棚注浆+上台阶CD法这种新的掌子面开挖施工方法。并通过数值模拟和现场监测等手段对2种施工方案进行对比分析。研究结果表明:双层大倾角管棚注浆+上台阶CD法能安全替换传统CRD法,并适用于埋深深、断面大、强富水和弱围岩段施工。该施工方法在保证施工安全的前提下,能够极大地提高施工效率和经济效益。
Since there are many defects in the application of CRD method to large-section tunnels,this paper proposes a new construction method,which can better solve the problem of large amount of temporary support engineering of CRD method.By optimizing the traditional pipe shed grouting method and the traditional three-bench construction method,the construction efficiency and economic benefit can be greatly improved under the premise of ensuring construction safety.By means of numerical simulation and field monitoring,this paper proves that the new construction method can safely replace the traditional CRD method,and is suitable for the construction of deep buried section,large section,strong water rich and weak surrounding rock section,and its advantages are very obvious,worthy of promotion.
