摘要
幼儿教师道德失范行为的成因,既有教师个人的原因,也有社会的原因,与之对应的预防策略也应从这两个维度综合施策。从教师个人层面,应该加强法制学习,增强法律意识;增强职业认同感,学会自我解压;树立终身学习理念,不断提升自身素养。从社会层面,应该落实政府部门的主体责任,健全相关法规、强化监督、健全幼儿教师的评价制度、加强幼儿教师职业道德研究,构建一体化的幼儿教师职业道德养成体系。
The causes of preschool teachers’moral misconduct are not only teachers’personal reasons,but also social reasons.The corresponding preventive strategies should also be taken from these two dimensions.From the teacher’s personal level,we should strengthen the legal learning,enhance the legal consciousness,enhance the professional identity,learn to decompress oneself,establish the idea of lifelong learning,and constantly improve their own quality.From the social level,we should implement the main responsibility of the government departments,improve the relevant laws and regulations,strengthen supervision,improve the evaluation system of preschool teachers,strengthen the research of preschool teachers’professional ethics,and build an integrated preschool teachers’professional ethics cultivation system.
