摘要
小学生课后托管不断成为社会关注的焦点民生问题,越来越引起政府及教育工作者的重视。2017年初,长春市政府和教育局出台《关于试行小学生课后免费托管服务"蓓蕾计划"的实施意见》,成为托管教育的一项重要举措。本文以长春市"蓓蕾计划"为例,试图从"蓓蕾计划"提出的背景,实施的优势,以及优化路径的角度出发,为其他地区托管教育提供可参考的范例,并逐步完善公共托管教育服务体系。
After-school care for primary school students has continuously become a social concern that attracts attention from teaching staff.The formulation and trial implementation of"Beilei Plan",a free after-school care service for primary school students,is a significant measure for after-school care.From perspectives including the background,advantages and optimization routes of"Beilei Plan",this paper provides a paradigm for after-school care in primary schools so as to gradually improve the system of public after-school care services.
