3.0T MR Dixon序列与fs TSE-T2WI序列对视神经磁共振成像的比较分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨水脂分离技术(Dixon)与抑脂快速自旋回波T2WI(fs TSE-T2WI)两种不同序列对视神经成像的可行性。方法招募健康志愿者39名,所有志愿者均行Dixon和fs TSE-T2WI序列扫描,主要评价内容包括视神经成像清晰度(根据清晰度分为四个等级)、图像的信噪比(SNR)与对比噪声比(CNR)。所有统计数据采用SPSS统计软件包。39名志愿者双侧共78根视神经,均行视神经成像清晰度分析;并对39名单侧(右)视神经进行图像质量分析。视神经成像清晰度分析采用χ^2检验,图像质量分析采用秩和检验,检验效度a=0.05,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果视神经成像清晰度方面,Dixon序列与fs TSE-T2WI序列虽然无显著性差异,但是Dixon序列显示神经清晰度效果较好。SNR及CNR方面,fs TSE-T2WI与Dixon序列均有统计学差异,并且Dixon较fs TSE-T2WI序列具有更高的SNR及CNR。结论Dixon序列较fs TSE-T2WI序列对视神经磁共振成像更具有优势,具有重要的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of two different sequences of Dixon and fs TSE-T2 WI in optic nerve imaging.Methods Thirty-nine volunteers were recruited in this study,all of whom underwent sequence scanning of Dixon and fs TSE-T2 WI.The main evaluation contents included:the imaging clarity of optic nerve(divided into four grades according to the definition),SNR and CNR of image.All statistical data were collected using SPSS.There were 78 optic nerves on both sides of 39 volunteers,all of whom were analyzed for optic nerve imaging clarity.The image quality of 39 cases with unilateral(right)optic nerve was analyzed.Chi-square test was used to analyze Optic nerve definition,and rank sum test was used to analyze the quality of optic nerve image,test validity a=0.05,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results In terms of the clarity of optic nerve imaging,although there was no significant difference between Dixon and fs TSE-T2WI,Dixon showed a better effect on optic nerve definition.In terms of SNR and CNR,there were statistical differences between fs TSE-T2WI and Dixon,and Dixon had higher SNR and CNR than fs TSE-T2WI.Conclusion Dixon is superior to fs TSE-T2 WI in optic magnetic resonance imaging and has important application value.
