摘要
为提高大学生篮球运动员下肢爆发力,制定更科学的训练方案,以24名高校篮球运动员为研究对象,实验组(采用复合式训练)与对照组(采用传统力量训练)各12人,选取30m加速跑、立定跳远和原地纵跳3个指标为体能测试指标,进行56d的对照实验.结果显示:实验后两组运动员测试成绩都有所提升,其中实验组提升幅度明显更高,30m加速跑指标上呈现出显著差异(P<0.05),立定跳远和原地纵跳两个指标上呈现出极其显著性差异(P<0.01).由此可以得出,大学生篮球运动员的体能训练中,复合式训练要比常规力量训练效果更佳,特别是在下肢爆发力的训练方面,其优势更显著.
In order to improve the college basketball players′lower limb explosive force and make more scientific training scheme,we took 24 college basketball players as the research objects,and divided them into the experimental group(using compound training)and control group(using traditional strength training)with 12 players in each group.We selected three indicators,including 30 maccelerative running,standing long jump and standing vertical jump as the physical test indexes,and carried out the 56-day control experiment.The results showed that the test scores of the two groups of players were improved after the experiment,and the improvement rate of the experimental group was significantly higher.There was a significant difference in the30 maccelerative running index(P<0.05),and there was an extremely significant difference in the two indexes of the standing long jump and standing vertical jump(P<0.01).It can be concluded that compound training is more effective than conventional strength training in the physical training of college basketball players,and its advantage is more significant,especially in the lower limb explosive force training.
