摘要
新时代的农民科学素质提升行动,以提升农民科技文化素质为核心,推进农村地区移风易俗,使广大农民精神风貌焕然一新。进一步完善农村科普工作体系,有效融入农村产业发展、文化建设、社会治理,提升乡村生态文明水平,助力乡村振兴,推进农业农村现代化。
The Action to Improve Scientific Literacy of Rural Residents concentrates on improving the scitech and cultural qualities of rural residents,promoting the transformation of social traditions in rural areas and renewing the spirit of the peasants.The rural science popularization system needs to be further improved to merge into the development of agriculture,culture construction,social governance and promoting the development of ecological civilization,in order to promote rural revitalization and modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
