摘要
本研究基于动机视角探讨了企业主动与被动社会责任的驱动机制。通过对三家民族地区企业的多案例分析发现:(1)企业家承担社会责任的动机受基本心理需求和外部控制驱动,企业成功、个人声望和个人价值观诱因可满足企业家基本心理需求,而政府引导和社会压力诱因提升企业家外部控制性感知;(2)企业家基本心理需求的满足促进企业主动承担社会责任,外部控制性感知促使企业被动承担社会责任;(3)企业被动承担社会责任的行为可以通过认知吸收和鉴别认同过程转化为主动承担社会责任的行为。本研究所构建的分析框架有助于政府和社会由企业被动社会责任的"推动者"转变为主动社会责任的"催化剂"。
Based on the motivation theory,this paper discusses the driving mechanism of proactive and passive corporate social responsibility(CSR)in ethnic areas.Through multi-case analysis of three enterprises in ethnic regions,results show that the motivation of enterprises to undertake CSR is driven by multiple incentive factors.The incentives of corporate success,personal prestige,and personal values can meet the basic psychological needs of entrepreneurs,while government policies and social expectations incentives stimulate entrepreneurs’perception of external control.Further,the satisfaction of entrepreneurs’basic psychological needs promotes proactive CSR of enterprises and entrepreneurs’perception of external control promotes passive CSR of enterprises.Finally,passive CSR of enterprises can be transformed into proactive CSR through the process of cognitive absorption and differential identification.The analytical framework developed in this study can help governments and societies to change the role from being"facilitators"of passive corporate social responsibility to being"catalysts"of proactive social responsibility.
