以学生为中心的教学质量保障体系构建与实践 被引量:2

摘要 教学质量保障体系的建设对高校长远发展具有战略性意义。文章以笔者所在学校为例,聚焦学生学习、成长、发展全过程,以教学全过程的监控、评价、反馈和持续改进为主要内容,通过构建组织保障、目标决策、质量标准、资源保障、教学运行、质量监控、质量评估诊断、质量反馈改进等八个子系统,形成以学生为中心、闭环管理的教学质量保障体系框架。实践表明,在校院两级协同共治下,整个教学质量保障体系以大循环为主体,多个小循环有机联动,推动教学管理持续规范,教学质量持续改进,人才培养质量稳步提升,质量文化不断深入人心。 The construction of a teaching quality assurance system has strategic significance for the long-term development of universities.The article takes the school where the author works as an example,focusing on the entire process of students'learning,growth,and development.The main content is monitoring,evaluation,feedback,and continuous improvement of the entire teaching process.By constructing eight subsystems,including organizational guarantee,goal decision-making,quality standards,resource guarantee,teaching operation,quality monitoring,quality assessment diagnosis,and quality feedback improvement,a student-centered,closed-loop management teaching quality assurance system framework is formed.Practice has shown that under the collaborative governance of the two levels of school and college,the entire teaching quality assurance system is mainly based on the large cycle,with multiple small cycles organically linked,promoting continuous standardization of teaching management,continuous improvement of teaching quality,steady improvement of talent cultivation quality,and continuous penetration of quality culture into people's hearts.
