摘要
目的:探索PDCA循环管理模式在高职院校临床护理实习中的应用及作用。方法:选取2023年临床实习的509名护理实习生(简称护生)为研究对象,运用PDCA循环管理模式完善实习管理制度,加强安全管理、心理辅导和护考日常训练,确保学生顺利完成实习,做到实习管理标准化。从护生心理问题、实习安全、护考做题自律性、医院实习反馈对比PDCA循环模式管理应用前后的变化。结果:2023年使用PDCA管理模式后,实习安全、护考做题自律性、医院实习反馈指标均高于2022年,护生心理问题同比无增减。结论:PDCA循环管理模式是高职院校临床护理实习中的有效管理方法之一。
Objective:To explore the application and role of PDCA cycle management model in clinical nursing internships in vocational colleges.Method:509 nursing interns(referred to as nursing students)who underwent clinical internships in 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The PDCA circular management model was used to improve the internship management system,strengthen safety management,psychological counseling,and daily training for nursing exams,to ensure that students successfully completed their internships and achieve standardized internship management.Compare the changes in PDCA cycle management before and after the application of nursing students'psychological problems,internship safety,self-discipline in nursing exam questions,and hospital internship feedback.Result:After using the PDCA management mode in 2023,the safety of internships,self-discipline in nursing exam questions,and feedback indicators for hospital internships were all higher than those in 2022.The psychological problems of nursing students did not increase or decrease compared to the same period last year.Conclusion:The PDCA cycle management model is one of the effective management methods in clinical nursing internships in vocational colleges.
