“一结合―二制―三早―多交叉”基础医学拔尖创新人才培养改革实践

摘要 文章结合基础医学专业特色,在前期培养的基础上,探索以“一结合―二制―三早―多交叉”的培养模式推进基础医学拔尖创新人才培养改革,创新培养模式,为学生成长成才厚植土壤,培养具有家国情怀、自主创新能力和国际视野的基础医学拔尖创新人才,推动医学教育事业发展、新医科发展、贯彻大健康战略,为实现医学科学家人才自主培养发展、提升我国综合实力和国际竞争力提供坚实保障。 Based on the characteristics of Basic medical sciences and the early training,this article explores the training mode of"Combination-Dual Mechanism-Three Early-Interdisciplinary"to promote the reform of Basic medical sciences'top-notch innovative talents training,innovate the training mode,cultivate the soil for students'growth,cultivate Basic medical sciences'top-notch innovative talents with family feelings,independent innovation ability and international vision,and promote the development of medical education,new medical science,implementing the great health strategy,and provide a solid guarantee for achieving the independent cultivation and development of medical scientist talents,enhancing China's comprehensive strength and international competitiveness.
