摘要
研究生资助育人是高校落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求,是研究生思想政治工作的重点内容,也是彰显中国特色社会主义教育育人优势的重要体现。现阶段,我国研究生资助育人仍然存在“资助”和“育人”衔接不足,“需求”和“供给”匹配不够,资助“精准化”“智慧化”不足等问题。文章分析了高校研究生资助育人的重大意义和现阶段存在的突出问题,提出对应策略,以提升研究生资助育人实效。
Postgraduate funding education is the internal requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,is the key content of the ideological and political work of postgraduates,and is also an important manifestation of the advantages of Socialism with Chinese characteristics education and education.At present,there are still insufficient connections between"funding"and"education"in China's graduate funding for education,insufficient matching between"demand"and"supply",and insufficient"precision"and"intelligence"in funding.The article analyzes the significant significance and current prominent problems of graduate funding in universities,and proposes corresponding strategies to enhance the effectiveness of graduate funding in education.
