提质培优背景下“课证岗赛”融合式教学改革探索——以“小学数学课程与教学论”为例

摘要 文章围绕“以学生为中心”的教育理念,在提质培优背景下通过整合课程内容,建设课程资源,打造“课证融通”的教学内容体系;课岗融通,加强师范生的职业能力;课赛融合,加强师范生的教学技能;构建多维度评价体系,有效评价教学效果等方面进行教学改革探索,形成了以学生为中心的“课证岗赛”融合式教学模式。 Focusing on the educational concept of"student-centered",by integrating course content and constructing course resources under the background of improving quality and excellence,we aim to create a teaching content system of"integration of course certification";Integrating courses and positions to strengthen the professional abilities of normal school students;Integrating courses and competitions,strengthening the teaching skills of normal school students;Constructing a multi-dimensional evaluation system,effectively evaluating teaching effectiveness,and exploring teaching reform have formed a student-centered integrated teaching model of"course certification and post competition".
