摘要
高校管理育人既是推进“三全育人”工作不可或缺的核心力量,也是构建高校协同育人机制的重要环节。将“三全育人”理念融入高校管理育人工作中,可有效提升学生的专业技能与思想素质。文章围绕“三全育人”理念展开分析,通过教学实践与调研,在反思当前高校管理育人工作问题的基础上,总结出有利于管理育人工作改革的措施:全力推行高校改革,完善管理体制、加强教师认知,提倡家长参与、注重育人过程的连续性,做好衔接工作、完善高校全方位育人体系,发挥互联网优势,通过这些措施真正将规范管理与润物无声的育人工作紧密结合,逐步营造“管理精细、服务精准、教育精心”的育人环境,不断推进高校管理育人工作取得实效。
The management and education of universities is not only an indispensable core force in promoting the"three comprehensive education"work,but also an important link in building a collaborative education mechanism for universities.Integrating the concept of"three comprehensive education"into the management and education of universities can effectively enhance students'professional skills and ideological qualities.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the concept of"three comprehensive education",through teaching practice and research,and reflecting on the current problems of university management and education work,measures conducive to the reform of management and education work are summarized:fully promote university reform,improve management system,strengthen teacher awareness,advocate parental participation,pay attention to the continuity of education process,do a good job in connecting work,improve the comprehensive education system of universities,and leverage the advantages of the Internet,Through these measures,we will truly combine standardized management with silent education,gradually create an education environment of"precise management,precise service,and meticulous education",and continuously promote the effectiveness of university management and education work.
