摘要
文章基于成果导向教育理念,从任职岗位需求出发,在深刻理解新形势下人才培养方案内涵要求的基础上,以通信原理课程为例,探讨了制订课程教学计划的思路和方法,包括课程目标设定、教学内容设计、教学策略设计和考核评价反馈等主要环节应遵循的原则和需把握的要点,并给出了该方法推广应用需重点关注的几个问题。实施该课程教学计划能有效促进部队院校高素质人才培养目标的达成。
Based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE),starting from the requirements of the post,and on the basis of a deep understanding of the connotation requirements of the talent training program under the new situation,taking the course of communication principle as an example,this paper discusses the ideas and methods of formulating the curriculum objectives,the design of teaching content,the design of teaching strategies,and the feedback of assessment and evaluation.Some key points that should be concerned in the application of this method are also given.Applying the plan formulated by the proposed scheme to the curriculum teaching can effectively promote the achievement of the goal of cultivating high-quality talents in military colleges.
