摘要
“以本为本”理念强调高等教育的首要任务是人才培养,本科教育在人才培养中占据核心地位,因此高校教育教学需围绕“以本为本”展开。学籍管理作为高校教育教学管理中至关重要的一个环节,需要不断改革和创新。文章围绕“以本为本”理念,从管理制度、管理程序、管理信息化及管理队伍等方面对高校学籍管理的实践与探索展开思考,旨在为提升高校学籍管理质量提供新思路。
The concept of"undergraduate-oriented"emphasizes that the primary task of higher education is talent cultivation,and undergraduate education occupies a core position in talent cultivation.Therefore,higher education and teaching should revolve around"undergraduate-oriented".Student status management,as a crucial aspect of higher education and teaching management,requires continuous reform and innovation.The article revolves around the concept of"undergraduate-oriented"and reflects on the practice and exploration of university student status management from aspects such as management systems,management procedures,management informatization,and management teams.The aim is to provide new ideas for improving the quality of university student status management.
