摘要
文章针对应用型本科高校人才培养目标和学科分类育人要求,构建了“一体两翼四轮驱动”“三进三出三融合”和“三驱动三融合三提升”的科教协同育人模式,以全面育人理念和师生课堂教学为基础,制订出科研协同教学资源应用的人才分类培养模式,通过瞄准切入点、重塑观点线、铺设融合面、构筑保障体、拓宽资源道的实施路径,为应用型本科高校协同育人提供新思路和新方法。
According to the talent training objectives and the requirements of discipline classification education in application-oriented undergraduate universities,the mode of an all-in-one,two-wing and four-wheel drive with"three inputs,three outputs,three fusions and three drives,three integrations and three improvements"has been constructed,which is based on the idea of comprehensive education and the classroom teaching of teachers and students,a talent classification training model for the application of scientific research collaborative teaching resources has been formulated.Through the implementation path of aiming at the entry point,reshaping the line of view,laying the integration surface,building the safeguard body,and broadening the resource path,new ideas and new methods have been provided for the cooperation and education of application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
