摘要
软件工程专业具有知识更新快、涵盖面广和工程应用性强等特点,是工程教育专业认证的重点之一。文章通过分析软件工程专业人才培养面临的问题,从教学方式、产教协同、工程实践、创新平台、考核评价、师资培养及国际交流等方面进行分析,提出面向工程教育专业认证的软件工程创新人才培养模式,改进教学方法,完善校企合作,提升科教融合,优化评价体系,强化工程实践和推进国际化培养目标,从而进一步加强学校教育质量,提高学生实践能力,培养高层次、实用型、复合型、具有国际竞争力和爱国情怀的软件工程创新人才。
The software engineeringmajor has the characteristics of rapid knowledge update,wide coverage and strong engineering application.It's one of the key points of engineering education certification.With analyzing problems of software engineering talents cultivation,the innovation talents cultivation method was proposed.The paper focused on research and exploration from several aspects of teaching mode,production-education collaboration,engineering practice,innovation platform,assessment and evaluation,and teacher training,expecting to improve teaching methods,perfect university-enterprise cooperation,enhance the integration of science and education,optimize the evaluation system,strengthen engineering practice and promote internationalization cultivation goals,so as to further strengthen the quality of school education,improve the practical ability of students,and cultivate innovative software engineering talents who meet the requirements of high-level,practical,complex,internationally competitive and patriotic sentiment.
