摘要
目的:探究内科护理学实训课程教学中参与式教学的应用效果。方法:选取郑州工业应用技术学院医学院护理专业2021级级护理专业的100名学生,随机选取50名学生为对照组,50名学生为试验组,试验组主要是小班授课的参与式教学方法,对照组是传统大班授课教学。分析两组理论成绩、护理技能成绩、自主学习能力的区别,采取调查问卷形式分析试验组对于教学效果的评价。结果:试验组学生认为参与式教学可以明显提高学习兴趣和动力、提高分析解决问题能力、提高合作、创新、批判思维能力等;试验组学生理论成绩、护理技能成绩、自主学习能力评分显著高于对照组(P≤0.05)。结论:内科学护理学实训课小班参与式教学,能提高学生满意度,提高教学质量和教学效果,能为国家社会培养优秀的护理人才。
Objective:To explore the application effect of participatory teaching in the teaching of internal medicine nursing training course.Method:Selecting 100 students majoring in nursing at the 2021 level of the School of Medicine of Zhengzhou Industrial Applied Technology College,randomly selecting 50 students as the control group,and 50 students as the experimental group.The experimental group mainly uses participatory teaching methods taught in small classes.Groups are taught in traditional large class lectures.Analyze the difference between the two groups in theoretical achievement,nursing skill achievement,and autonomous learning ability,and use the form of questionnaire to analyze the evaluation of the teaching effect of the experimental group.Results:The students in the experimental group believed that participatory teaching can significantly improve learning interest and motivation,improve the ability to analyze and solve problems,and improve cooperation,innovation,and critical thinking skills;Control group(P≤0.05).Conclusion:Small-class participatory teaching in internal medicine nursing training courses can improve student satisfaction,improve teaching quality and teaching effect,and can cultivate excellent nursing talents for the national society.
