摘要
目的:将工作坊教学模式应用于高职老年护理实践教学中,探讨其教学的效果,提高老年护理人才培养质量。方法:按照整体抽样的方法,选取遵义医药高等专科学校2020级老年护理方向的学生,分为实验组和对照组,实验组应用工作坊教学模式,对照组应用传统教学模式。比较两组的理论、技能和平均成绩,以及行业/企业老师、标准化病人的满意度评价。结果:实验组理论、技能及平均成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。行业/企业带教老师、标准化病人对工作坊教学模式的满意度高。结论:工作坊教学模式应用于老年护理实践教学中,有利于提高学生的理论及实践技能水平,且行业/企业及标准化病人的认可度较高。
Objective To apply the workshop teaching mode to the practical teaching of geriatric nursing in vocational colleges,explore the teaching effect and improve the training quality of geriatric nursing talents.Methods According to the overall sampling method,the geriatric nursing students of Grade 2020 in Zunyi Medical College were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group applied the workshop teaching mode,and the control group applied the traditional teaching mode.The two groups were compared in terms of theory,skills and average grades,as well as industry/enterprise teachers and standardized patient satisfaction ratings.Results The theory,skill and average score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Industry/enterprise teachers and standardized patients have high satisfaction with the workshop teaching mode.Conclusion The application of the workshop teaching mode in the practical teaching of geriatric nursing is beneficial to improve the level of students'theory and practical skills,and the industry/enterprise and standardized patients have a high degree of recognition.
