摘要
构建教师PLC(专业学习共同体)是促进教师职业发展的有效途径,对应用型本科院校大学英语教师队伍建设具有积极促进作用。应用型本科院校的大学英语教师面向的学生数量多,所授课程内容互通性强,故而更适合通过构建教师PLC来提升教师专业素质和水平。本文基于校本实证研究,发现应用型本科院校大学英语教师PLC构建中存在的问题,探索大学英语教师PLC构建的策略,以加强地方高校公共课教师队伍建设,进而推动院校高质量转型发展。
The construction of teacher PLC(professional learning community)is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers,and has a positive role in promoting the construction of college English teachers in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.The number of college English teachers in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is large,and the content of the courses is highly interconnected.Therefore,it is more suitable to improve the professional quality and level of teachers by building teacher PLC.Based on the school-based empirical research,this paper finds out the problems in the construction of PLC for college English teachers in applicationoriented undergraduate colleges,and explores the strategies for the construction of PLC for college English teachers,so as to strengthen the construction of public course teachers in local colleges and universities,and promote the highquality transformation and development of colleges and universities.
