应用技术型高校“双师双能型”教师能力评价体系的构建与实践 被引量:3

摘要 应用技术型高校“双师双能型”教师能力的发展,关乎高校应用型人才的培养。文章根据应用技术型高校的特征,利用层次分析法构建“双师双能型”教师能力评价体系,并且在实践的基础上,提出“双师双能型”教师能力发展的思考:(1)立德树人,师德为先;(2)以本为本,“教”“研”融合;(3)克服“五唯”,全面发展,以此推动应用技术型高校教师“双师双能型”能力提升。 The development of"double qualified and double capable"teachers’ability in applied technology colleges and universities is related to the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities.According to the characteristics of applied technology colleges and universities,this paper constructs the ability evaluation system of"double qualified and double capable"teachers by using analytic hierarchy process,and puts forward the thinking on the ability development of"double qualified and double capable"teachers on the basis of practice:1 Establish morality and cultivate people,and teachers’morality is the first;2.Undergraduate oriented,"teaching"and"research"integration;3.Overcome the"five only"and develop in an all-round way,so as to promote the improvement of the"double teacher and double ability"ability of teachers in applied technology colleges and universities.
