摘要
面向未来产业发展的新需求及“新工科”的提出,对应用型高校人才培养模式有了更高的要求,如何培养既有系统的理论基础,又有较强实践能力的应用型创新人才,是地方院校目前所关注的主要问题。文章从湖南工程学院生物工程专业的人才培养模式、课程体系、师资队伍、课程教学形式、教学保障和评价体系出发,探索以社会需求为导向的应用型创新人才培养模式,服务于区域和行业经济的发展。
Facing the new demand of industrial development and the proposal of"new engineering",higher requirements have been placed on the talent training mode of application-oriented colleges and universities.How to train application-oriented innovative talents with both systematic theoretical basis and strong practical ability is currently the main problem in local colleges and universities.Starting from the talent training mode,curriculum system,teaching staff,curriculum teaching form,teaching guarantee and evaluation system of bioengineering specialty,this paper explores the training mode of application-oriented innovative talents oriented by social needs,which serves the development of regional and industrial economy.
