摘要
目的:分析医学影像技术本科生在不同实习基地区域和类型间考核结果差异,为实现实习基地同质化教学质量提供参考和应对策略。方法:收集本校2022届医学影像技术专业实习生的毕业考试成绩,按照基地区域和基地类型进行分类分析,采用单因素方差分析不同实习区域和类型的成绩。结果:三级医院26家,涉及12个区域,各区域的实践技能成绩和理论成绩存在统计学差异。基地类型分为附属医院、地州市级医院、专科医院,三者间的理论成绩存在统计学差异,实践技能成绩无统计学差异。结论:医学影像技术专业本科同质化实习教学质量依赖于实习基地区域和类型,加强实习基地的管理与考评有助于实现同质化教学。
Objective:To explore the heterogeneity of examination results among different base regions and types,so as to provide a reference basis and processing strategies for realization of the homogenous teaching quality in practice bases.Methods:The graduation test scores of the 2022 undergraduates majoring in medical imaging technology in our college after internship were collected,and classified according to the base regions and types.The test scores of different practice base regions and types were compared by single-factor analysis of variance.Results:There are 26 public practice bases of tertiary hospitals involving 12 base regions for undergraduates majoring in medical imaging technology in 2022.There were statistically significant differences in the practical skills and theoretical scores among the base regions.The types of practice bases are divided into affiliated hospitals,municipal hospitals and specialist hospitals.There is a statistical difference in the theoretical scores among the three base types,but there is no statistical difference in practical skills scores.Conclusion:The quality of homogenized teaching depends on the region and type of the practice bases.Strengthening the management and evaluation of practice base is helpful to realize homogeneous teaching.
