摘要
本研究将多学科协作诊疗(multi-disciplinary treatment,MDT)模式的核心理念,融合PBL(Problem Based Learning)教学法部分内容,构建“内科大查房”教学模式,实现了疾病整体性全局观的全科诊疗思维培养,解决当前过度依赖专科思维,全科思维弱化的问题有利于培养住培医师的岗位胜任力,提高其疑难病诊治水平。“内科大查房”采用线上线下整合式形式,利用PDCA方法持续改进内涵质量。结果显示,这种教学模式整合了资源,体现了自主学习的价值、对提高学生运用临床思维、综合分析解决问题的能力有很大帮助,值得进一步实践和推广。
In this study,the core concept of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)model is integrated with part of PBL(Problem Based Learning)teaching method to build the teaching mode of"internal medicine rounds",which realizes the cultivation of general diagnosis and treatment thinking from a holistic perspective of the disease,and solves the current problem of excessive dependence on specialized thinking and weakening of general thinking,which is conducive to cultivating the post competency of resident physicians,Improve the diagnosis and treatment of difficult diseases.The"internal medicine round"adopts the online and offline integrated form,and uses PDCA method to continuously improve the connotation quality.The results show that this teaching mode integrates resources,reflects the value of independent learning,and is very helpful to improve students’ability to use clinical thinking and comprehensive analysis to solve problems.It is worth further practice and promotion.
