面对扩招,高职院校保障招生质量才是当务之急。聚焦生源特点,做“深”学情分析,做“特”双元育人,做“细”课程教学,做“好”多样需求,做“足”线上教学,做“实”学分制教学管理制度改革;聚焦学生成长,高水平做好服务保障强化;强化协同管理理念,以信息化提升管理水平,以多元化建强师资队伍,以精细化推进服务育人。
In the face of enrollment expansion,it is imperative for higher vocational colleges to ensure quality-oriented enrollment expansion.Focus on the characteristics of student source.Comprehensively deepen study analysis,specially strengthen dual system education,properly segmented course teaching,be adequate with online teaching,practically reform the teaching management system of the credit system,and satisfy diverse needs.Focus on the growth of students,and strengthen the service guarantee at a high level.Strengthen the concept of collaborative management,improve the management level with informatization,build a strong teaching team with diversification,and promote service education with refinement.
