摘要
以现代信息技术为支撑,以“互联网+”为特征,跨界融合形成的新业态和新经济深刻影响着会计及其相关行业的发展,这也对会计人员的素质与能力提出了新的要求。为应对新商业背景下会计人才培养面临的新机遇与新挑战,高职院校会计专业群应积极探索服务地方产业发展的产教融合构建路径,与政、校、企、行充分联动协同,进而更好地促进与保障财会类高素质技能型人才的培养,与此同时,亦可实现学生的高质量就业。
Supported by modern information technology and characterized by"Internet plus",the new business form and new economy formed by cross-border integration profoundly affect the development of accounting and its related industries,and put forward new requirements for the quality and ability of accounting personnel.In order to cope with the new opportunities and challenges faced by the cultivation of accounting talents under the new business background,the accounting professional group of higher vocational colleges should actively explore the construction path of industry education integration to serve the development of local industries,fully cooperate with the government,schools,enterprises and banks,so as to better promote and guarantee the cultivation and supply of high-quality skilled talents in finance and accounting,at the same time,it can also achieve high-quality employment of students.
