摘要
高校二级学院开展青年志愿服务工作,是促进大学生践行社会主义核心价值观的重要举措,是践行育人使命和提升学生综合素养的必要途径。针对目前高校二级学院开展青年志愿服务工作过程中存在的脱离院系专业教育、宣传组织不足、实践机制不足、志愿服务评价和考核机制不健全等问题,文章从厚植服务价值、强化宣传组织、多元主体参与、实现评价考核等方面提出建议,以充分提升青年志愿服务的实践性、专业性、创新性、实效性。
It is an important measure to promote college students to practice socialist core values and a necessary way to practice the mission of educating people and improve students’ comprehensive quality to carry out youth volunteer service in secondary colleges of colleges and universities. In view of the problems existing in the process of carrying out youth volunteer service in the secondary colleges of colleges and universities, such as separation from professional education of colleges and departments, insufficient publicity organizations, insufficient practical mechanisms, and imperfect volunteer service evaluation and assessment mechanisms, this paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of cultivating service value, strengthening publicity organizations, multi subject participation, and achieving evaluation and assessment, so as to fully enhance the practicality, professionalism, innovation, and effectiveness of youth volunteer service.
