摘要
目标管理在经过企业管理实践后逐渐彰显其先进性与合理性,在高校学生管理工作中对其进行应用可切实强化高校学生管理工作,所以,高校应积极研究目标管理特征与目标管理理论要求,确保学生管理目标的科学性与合理性、把控学生管理工作的目标过程、彰显学生的主体地位、打造专业工作队伍、构建完善的目标测评体系,确保高校学生管理工作能够满足学生的多元化需求,收获理想的工作效果。
After the practice of enterprise management,management by objectives has gradually demonstrated its progressiveness and rationality.Its application in the management of college students can effectively strengthen the management of college students.Therefore,colleges and universities should actively study the characteristics of management by objectives and the theoretical requirements of management by objectives to ensure the scientificity and rationality of student management objectives,control the process of student management objectives,highlight the dominant position of students,build professional work teams,build a perfect target evaluation system to ensure that the management of college students can meet the diversified needs of students and achieve ideal results.
