摘要
学科建设在高校建设中发挥着龙头的作用,是高校办学水平和实力的集中体现。研究生教育是推动高校发展的重要引擎。学科建设与研究生教育彼此之间是相互支撑、相互促进的关系。本文从分析学科建设与研究生教育二者之间的关系出发,结合学科建设在研究生创新能力培养中发挥的重要作用,通过加强学科建设运行机制,加强导师队伍建设、加强课程体系建设、加强科研实践与学术交流、改革培养机制等路径与方法,促进研究生创新能力的提升。
Discipline construction plays a leading role in the construction of universities,and it is the concentrated expression of the level and strength of the universities.Postgraduate education is an important engine to promote the development of universities.Discipline construction and postgraduate education are mutually supporting and promoting each other.Starting from the analysis of the relationship between discipline construction and postgraduate education,this paper combines the role of discipline construction in cultivating postgraduate students’innovative ability,and by the path and method of strengthening the discipline construction operation mechanism,strengthening the tutor team construction,strengthening the curriculum system construction,strengthening the scientific research practice and academic exchange and reforming the training mechanism to promote the postgraduate innovation ability.
