摘要
随着民族教育事业的蓬勃发展,预科传统教学模式必须顺应新时代人才培养需求。针对当下预科教学中存在的不足,OBE教育理念为预科教学改革提供了借鉴思路,指导预科教育者转变教育观念,聚焦教学成果,构建具有民族特色的课程体系,以及引入多样化竞争机制激发学生的学习积极性。通过提升预科教学质量,培养民族地区的高素质人才,助力乡村振兴。
With the vigorous development of minority education,the traditional teaching mode of preparatory courses must meet the needs of personnel training in the new era.In view of the shortcomings existing in the current preparatory teaching,OBE education concept provides reference ideas for the preparatory teaching reform.It guides preparatory educators to change their educational ideas,pays attention to teaching achievements,constructs a curriculum system with national characteristics,and introduces diversified competition mechanism to stimulate students’learning enthusiasm.By improving the quality of preparatory teaching,we cultivate high-quality talents in ethnic minority areas and help revitalize the countryside.
