摘要
在高校“双一流”建设和新时代教育评价改革的背景下,高校教师的考核评价工作成为重点和难点。合理的考核评价方式可以有效激发教师的教学热情,促进学生、教师、高校和社会的共同发展。然而,现行的高校教师考核评价仍存在研究不深入、认识不统一、方法和指标不科学、评价手段不丰富等问题,文章就上述问题进行深入分析、提出解决问题的思考与展望,为优化和完善高校教师考核评价制度体系提供参考。
Under the background of the"double first-class"construction of colleges and universities and the reform of educational evaluation in the new era,the assessment and evaluation of college teachers has become the focus and difficulty.Reasonable assessment and evaluation methods can effectively stimulate teachers’teaching enthusiasm and promote the common development of students,teachers,universities and society.However,there are still some problems in the current assessment and evaluation of college teachers,such as lack of in-depth research,inconsistent understanding,unscientific methods and indicators,and insufficient evaluation means.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the above problems,and puts forward the thinking and prospects to solve the problems,so as to provide reference for optimizing and improving the assessment and evaluation system of college teachers.
