摘要
文章首先介绍了线上线下混合式教学的概念,讲述了混合式教学在“人力资源管理”课程中的作用,分析了混合式教学中存在的问题,进而开展该课程的线上线下混合式教学探索,希望以此来提升课程的教学质量。
This paper first introduces the concept of online and offline blended teaching,describes the role of blended teaching in the course of human resource management,analyzes the problems existing in blended teaching,and then carries out the exploration of online and offline blended teaching of the course,so as to further improve the teaching quality of the course.
