摘要
在高等职业教育招生方式改革的背景下,应用型本科院校学前教育专业的生源结构表现出复杂化、多样化的特点,传统整齐划一的培养模式已不适应人才培养的需要。文章在分析应用型本科院校学前教育专业人才分层分类培养必要性的基础上,提出根据学前教育专业学生学情特征进行生源分类;搭建立体式分类课程框架;实施纵向分层的个性化教学模式改革等分层分类人才培养路径。
Under the background of the reform of the enrollment method of higher vocational education,the structure of the preschool education majors of applied undergraduate has shown complex and diversified characteristics.The traditional and unified mode of personnel training is no longer suited to the needs of personnel training.On the basis of analyzing the necessity of hierarchical and classified training of preschool education professionals in applied undergraduate,this paper proposes to classify students based on the characteristics of preschool education students’academic conditions;build a three-dimensional classification curriculum framework;implement vertical and hierarchical personalized teaching Model reform and other hierarchical and classified talent training paths.
