摘要
“00后”大学生,指我国高校中自2018年秋季入学的高校大学生。2022年是“00后”大学生的就业之年,是在特殊时期经济压力与新冠肺炎疫情的叠加影响,导致求职难度增大,国内外就业形势复杂严峻的一年。“00后”大学生应认清和把握特殊时期个人发展的机遇与挑战。高校应采取“00后”大学生积极就业的政治引领、协同力量、精准施策、优化指导与服务、对应推送、促进基层就业与参军入伍、开拓校友帮扶与鼓励灵活就业等对策助力“00后”大学生就业,在特殊时期力争实现“00后”大学生的充分就业。
"Post 00"college students refer to college students who have enrolled in colleges and universities in China since the autumn of 2018.Novel coronavirus pneumonia in 2022 was the year of employment for 00 years.It was a superimposed influence of economic pressure and new crown pneumonia epidemic situation in a special period,which led to the difficulty of job search and the complex and severe employment situation at home and abroad."Post-00"college students should recognize and grasp the opportunities and challenges of personal development in a special period.Colleges and universities should take such countermeasures as political guidance,coordinated strength,accurate implementation of policies,optimization of guidance and services,corresponding push,promotion of grass-roots employment and military recruitment,development of alumni assistance and encouragement of flexible employment to help the employment of"Post-00"college students,and strive to achieve the full employment of"Post-00"college students in special periods.
