摘要
各行业要提高自身核心竞争力,就需要具备创新能力,与互联网融合是大趋势。借助"互联网+"的科技创新优势,将智慧化理念融入海绵城市建设当中,建成智慧型海绵城市,对于快速稳步推进海绵城市建设和全面、高效地发挥海绵城市的作用具有十分重要的意义。本文论述了智慧型海绵城市理念,研究了在海绵城市的规划建设、运行管理及维护和绩效评价3个环节如何实现智慧化。
Nowadays,in the information age of technological change and industrial innovation,in order to improve their core competitiveness,various industries need to have innovative capabilities,and integration with the Internet is a general trend.With the advantage of the"Internet+"technological innovation,integrating the wisdom concept into the construction of the sponge city and building a smart sponge city is a great significance for the rapid and steady advancement of the sponge city construction and the full and effective role of the sponge city.This paper discusses the concept of smart sponge city,and studies how to realize the wisdom in the three aspects of planning,construction,operation management,maintenance and performance evaluation of sponge city,in order to provide reference and enlightenment for the construction of smart sponge city.
