摘要
本文以内蒙古金融发展和对外贸易关系为研究对象,基于呼和浩特、包头等十二个盟、市2015—2022年的面板数据,采用GMM模型和协整回归,通过金融深化和金融效率两个指标,分析金融发展对内蒙古进出口贸易的影响。研究发现,无论短期还是长期,金融效率提升对内蒙古进出口贸易均有显著的促进作用。短期中,金融深化对进口也有正向影响。据此,本文建议金融监管机构把握好金融监管的节奏和力度,约束风险的同时提升金融效率;金融机构应盘活不良资产,提高信贷资源使用效率,将信贷投向重点领域、薄弱环节。同时,应降低企业税收负担,扩大直接融资比例,降低融资成本,提高金融服务实体经济质效。
In recent years,Inner Mongolia’s international trade has developed rapidly,and the role of financial development in Inner Mongolia’s import and export trade is a question worth studying.This article uses panel data from twelve autonomous regions,including Hohhot and Baotou,from 2015 to 2022.Following a long-term and short-term analysis framework,two indicators of financial deepening and financial efficiency are constructed,and control variables are added to analyze the impact of financial development on Inner Mongolia’s import and export trade.The conclusion of the article is that both in the short and long term,the improvement of financial efficiency has a significant promoting effect on Inner Mongolia’s import and export trade.In the short term,financial deepening also has a positive impact on imports.Based on this,this article suggests that financial institutions increase their absorption of savings deposits,increase loan investment,and improve the conversion rate of savings investment.At the same time,reducing the tax burden on enterprises,accelerating the construction of the capital market and the degree of financial openness in the autonomous region,expanding financing channels for enterprises,reducing financing costs,and improving the quality and efficiency of financial services for the real economy.
