摘要
该文以连云港新浦磷矿采空区为例,通过FLAC3D数值模拟对未注浆填充和不同注浆填充率情况下的采空区覆岩变形情况进行分析,数值模拟显示在现状采空条件下未进行注浆填充,该采空区会因覆岩自重而发生进一步塌陷,位移最大为9.5m。根据该采空区破坏情况,提出在注浆填充率分别为70%、80%、90%和100%的四种加固措施,并对加固效果进行数值模拟比较,表明注浆充填率80%时采空区模型起到了较好的加固效果。
Taking the goaf of Xinpu Phosphate Mine in Lianyungang as an example,this paper analyzes the overburden deformation of the goaf under the conditions of no grouting filling and different grouting filling rate by FLAC3D numerical simulation.The numerical simulation shows that without grouting filling under the current goaf conditions,the goaf will further collapse due to the weight of overburden,and the maximum displacement is 9.5m.According to the damage of the goaf,four reinforcement measures with grouting filling rates of 70%,80%,90%and 100%are proposed,and the reinforcement effects are compared by numerical simulation.The results show that the goaf model has a better reinforcement effect when the grouting filling rate is 80%.
