摘要
中新天津生态城开发建设已经历时10年时间,绿色建筑发展取得一定的进展。本文对生态城绿色建筑发展情况进行总结,详细介绍生态城绿色建筑评价标准的主要特点,并与国家标准、新加坡Green Mark标准进行比较。简述生态城绿色建筑实施情况,介绍课题组针对生态城典型绿色建筑项目的调研结果,提出项目实施存在的问题,分析产生问题的原因。最后,从规划、标准、管理、政策、能力建设5个方面,对生态城绿色建筑下一步发展提出建议。
China-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city has been under development for ten years,and the green building has made good progress.This paper summarizes the development of green building in eco-city,introduces the main characteristics of green building evaluation standard comparing with Chinese standard and BCA Green Mark.Then,it describes the implementation and operation of green building in eco-city,introduces the research results of typical green building projects,puts forward the problems existing in the projects,and analyzes the causes.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on the next stage of green building in ecocity from five aspects,such as planning,standard,management,policy,capacity building,and so on.
