摘要
在国内建筑工程发展的大潮下,建筑基坑工程面临着更深、更大、环境更复杂的挑战。深圳恒大中心基坑工程深度达到42.25米,为国内最深的民用建筑基坑工程,并且该工程还面临基岩超深超硬,地下连续墙与深圳地铁11号线最近间距仅有4.4米。在该工程地下连续墙围护系统的施工过程中,参与该项目的各单位协同研究和应用了多重现代化的施工技术,在确保该围护结构顺利实施的同时,免除了施工带来的周边环境影响,产生了较大的经济效益和社会效益。
With the development of the architectural engineering in China,deep excavation engineering is facing the challenge of going deeper,bigger,and more environmental complex.The deep excavation project of Evergrande center in Shenzhen city is the deepest civil foundation pit in China,which depth reaches 42.25 m.Besides,there are quite many problems in this excavation project,such as the bedrock is very hard,and the diaphragm wall is 4.4 m distance from the subway tunnel.During the construction process of the diaphragm wall,several modern excavation techniques are researched and applied to ensure the smooth implementation.Beside preventing the environmental disturbance because of the excavation engineering,the new construction techniques acquire economic and social benefits.
