Explanation about Some Regulations in Technical Specification for Anti-Floating Anchors

摘要 新实施的《抗浮锚杆技术规程》YB/T 4659-2018,若干规定在相关技术标准的基础上有所创新突破,主要包括:增加了一种锚杆结构划分方法,即把锚筋划分为黏结段、锚筋自由段及张拉段;抗浮锚杆整体稳定验算公式计取了岩体假定破裂面的抗拉力;采用了新的压力型锚杆锚固体局部受压承载力验算公式,并提供了浆体强度侧限增大系数的估算方法;改善了锚杆抗拉刚度系数计算公式并完善了使用条件;将预应力锚杆设计锁定荷载与锚杆拉力标准值之比提高至1.0,并要求低于0.8~0.9时重新张拉锁定;把锚杆基本试验分为了破坏性试验及非破坏性试验两类;增加了锚杆持有荷载试验要求及具体作法;采用了锚筋表观自由长度替代传统的弹性模量作为评价锚杆变形性能的指标。 There are some breakthroughs of regulations in the newly implemented Technical Specification for Anti-floating Anchors YB/T 4659-2018 such as that a method of dividing anchor structure is added,and the method is that tendon is divided into bond length,free length and tension length;In the calculation formula of overall stability for anti-floating anchor,the anti-pulling force on the assumed fracture surface of some rock masses is calculated;A new formula for calculating the local compressive bearing capacity of anchor body is presented,and a method for estimating the amplify factor of slurry limit strength is provided;The formula for calculating the tensile stiffness factor of anchor is improved and the application condition is improved;The ratio between the designed locking load of prestressed anchor and the characteristic value of anchor tension is increased to 1.0,and the tension locking is required to be relocked when it is lower than 0.8~0.9;The basic test is divided into destructive test and non-destructive test;The load test requirement and the method for lift-off test are added;The apparent tendon length free is used instead of the traditional elastic modulus to evaluate the deformation performance of anchor.
