摘要
建筑工程施工阶段造价控制水平可直接影响到工程总体经济效益,需施工企业在保障工程质量与进度的基础上,通过优化资源配置,设立科学的施工组织等方式,节省施工成本。首先阐述了建筑工程施工阶段成本控制理论体系,而后分析存在于施工阶段成本管理中的问题,最后结合项目管理理念,探究成本管理与成本控制对策。
The level of cost control during the construction phase of a construction project can directly affect the overall economic benefits of the project.It is necessary for the construction enterprise to save construction costs by optimizing resource allocation and establishing a scientific construction organization on the basis of ensuring the quality and schedule of the project.Firstly,the theoretical system of cost control in the construction stage of construction is explained,then the problems existing in cost management in the construction stage are analyzed,and finally,the cost management and cost control countermeasures are explored with the concept of project management.
