摘要
在建筑工程中,高层建筑主楼与裙楼或主楼之间通过设置后浇带来解决建筑物之间所产生的不均匀沉降、钢筋混凝土的收缩变形问题。其中地下室侧墙后浇带的存在给后期防水施工、土方回填带来极大不便。因而衍生出多种后浇带临时封闭的施工技术,较为常见的做法是在后浇带侧墙外侧砌筑砖砌体来达到临时封闭的效果,少数项目也有采用混凝土预制板封闭的做法,昆明白麓城项目部在对原有的临时封闭施工技术上进行了相应的改进、完善后,采用钢板代替预制混凝土板实现了在主体结构施工期间进行地下室基坑周围土方回填,效果显著,施工方便,较传统做法防水效果及施工方便性有较大的提高。
