摘要
对某施工项目临时钢栈桥会车平台,通过分析栈桥钢板–分配梁–贝雷梁–承重梁以及花窗与腹杆之间的受力和传力关系,采用midas Civil软件建立了该栈桥工作状态的有限元分析模型,并根据使用车辆和会车状况考虑了最不利的3种荷载组合,经计算表明,贝雷梁强度不满足要求,经对结构改进后,该栈桥以构件满足强度、刚度要求,钢管桩稳定性验算合格。
For a construction temporary steel trestle car platform,the load and transmission relationship between the trestle steel plate-distribution beam-beret beam-bearing beam and the window and the web are analyzed.The trestle is established using midas Civil software.The finite element analysis model of the working state considers the three most unfavorable load combinations according to the used vehicle and the meeting situation.The calculation shows that the strength of the Beley beam does not meet the requirements.After the structure is improved,the component of the trestle bridge meets Strength and rigidity requirements,and the stability of steel pipe piles is qualified.
