摘要
装配式建筑是在常规建筑模式基础上形成的一种新形式,其中包括预制装配式混凝土结构、钢结构、现代木结构建筑等。为加强装配式建筑施工质量,分析PC构件模板的设计,以某住宅工程为例,首先介绍PC构件模板生产流程,其次分析PC构件模板设计要点,从PC构件运输方式选择、构件吊装方案的制订、钢筋混凝土处理三点着手,制订可行性高的PC构件模板设计方案,以期为今后装配式建筑设计施工提供参考。
Prefabricated building is a new form formed on the basis of conventional building models,including prefabricated prefabricated concrete structures,steel structures,and modern wooden structures.In order to strengthen the construction quality of prefabricated buildings,the design of PC component formwork is analyzed.Taking a residential project as an example,the PC component formwork production process is first introduced,and the main points of the PC component formwork design are analyzed.From the selection of the PC component transport method,the development of a complete component lifting the plan and reinforced concrete treatment were started at three points,and a PC component formwork design plan with high feasibility was formulated to provide a reference for the design and construction of prefabricated buildings in the future.
