摘要
在交通工程高架结构施工过程中,贝雷模架因其拼装方便、受力性能好等原因,成为常用的模架工艺。其常规拆除方法一般采用起重机分件吊装进行,拆除转运速度慢、对高架两侧临时道路的起吊及交通条件要求高,在使用过程中受到限制。基于传统拆除工艺进行分析,通过工程创新,提出了整体落架法施工工艺,并对新工艺的原理、施工流程及优点进行分析总结。结合实例工程应用,验证了新工艺在模架整体拆除转运速度、单侧便道适用性等工况下的可行性及优势,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
During the construction of elevated structures in traffic engineering,Bailey formwork has become a commonly used formwork technology due to its convenient assembly and good mechanical performance.The conventional dismantling method is generally carried out by using a crane to lift the parts.The dismantling speed is slow,the temporary roads on both sides of the elevated road are required to be lifted and the traffic conditions are high,and they are limited in use.Based on the analysis of the traditional dismantling process,through the engineering innovation,the overall suspension construction method is proposed,and the principle,construction process and advantages of the new process are analyzed and summarized.Combined with the example project application,the feasibility and advantages of the new process under the conditions of the overall removal of the formwork and the transfer speed and the applicability of the unilateral access road are verified,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
