摘要
上海浦东足球场屋盖钢结构为索穹顶结构,采用中置压环轮辐式张拉体系,环索索夹为G20Mn5QT铸钢与Q390C高强度钢的组焊件,结构轻巧但焊接质量要求高。从工程实践出发,阐述了G20Mn5QT铸钢索夹的焊接工艺评定及焊接质量控制。
The steel structure of the roof of Shanghai Pudong Football Stadium is a cable dome structure.It uses a central pressure ring spoke tensioning system.The ring cable clamp is a combination of G20Mn5QT cast steel and Q390C high-strength steel.The structure is light but the welding quality is high.Based on engineering practice,the welding process assessment and welding quality control of the G20Mn5QT cast steel cable clamp are described.
